As part of Inner Range’s ongoing commitment to product improvement, we are re-establishing our early adopter program to aid in the development and testing of new and updated products.
This program is designed to allow final tested pre release versions of new Hardware, software & firmware to be released to a limited number of installers.
The program will allow installers to preview and get hands on experience with new and updated products before release, whilst providing valuable feedback to us regarding functionality, usability and stability.
In order to encourage participation Inner Range is offering a range of incentives including free or at cost pre production hardware and software, as well as access to the Inner Range engineering team to facilitate the exchanging of ideas and feedback.
Installers who choose to participate will be asked to test and evaluate between 2 and 4 products a year, which may include both hardware and, software or firmware updates. Testing would involve bench testing as well as safe site testing, and range from general use and observation to the testing of specific features and outcomes. Feedback will consist of written observations and comments.
Installers would also need to be in a position to be able to initiate testing within a period of approximately 2 weeks from the request being issued.
Please Note that due to practical constraints, this offer is limited to Australian installers for hardware items, however we are interested in hearing from all Installers with regard to our software products.
